Simon Mair
Simon is AIR's Chief Executive Officer. Simon was the founding Director of AIR, an idea that grew after a late night chance reading of Richard Branson's book `Losing My Virginity'. He holds a Bachelor of Business and prior to forming AIR Simon had built an enviable career in an industry associated with the rental marketplace where he was well regarded as one of Australia's best known SME's in that field. By his own admission AIR began as a bit of a career sea change however has grown into a driving commitment and passion for Simon to deliver to AIR's clients an unparalleled level of service that will see the AIR vision of becoming the best specialist rental company in the world come alive. Within its first 4 years of operation Simon's leadership has seen AIR make the BRW Fast Growth 100 companies twice. Simon is an avid sports fan, surfer, reader and family man.

Rebecca Pacey
Rebecca has responsibility for the strategic, financial and operational aspects of AIR's business and is one of AIR's founding Directors. She has extensive experience in management consulting and management roles in some of Australia's largest blue chip companies. Rebecca has combined her large corporate experience into the microcosm of AIR to bring a level of professionalism and corporate rigour to enable AIR to grow quickly and to be prepared for its ongoing rapid growth. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and has undertaken post graduate education in Risk Management and Executive Business Management. Rebecca is passionate about the AIR vision and is unique in the role that she plays as a senior woman in what is traditionally a very male orientated industry. Rebecca provides some brains and beauty amongst all the AIR brawn!

Steve Haynes
Steve is AIR's Regional Manager North and has been with AIR since the inception of the Mt Isa branch. He has responsibility for Queensland and the Northern Territory and is based in Mt Isa. Steve is a hardened player in the hire industry with specific mining experience and career that spans over 30 years. Steve has extensive experience at building businesses in remote and regional areas of Australia. Steve's knowledge of the mining industry and contacts in this regard make him a primarily point of contact and SME for any mining projects and remote projects that AIR undertakes. Steve is a former state representative baseballer and passiontate AFL player. These days he is a keen supporter of local AFL and spends his time off with his beautiful partner and grown up children.

Matthew Booth
Mathew is AIR's Regional Manager South and has recently joined AIR to have oversight of AIR's business in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. Matt has returned to his hometown of Adelaide during 2011 and will be based there. Mathew has had over 15 years' experience in account management and management roles in the industrial rental and industrial product marketplace. Mathew has grown a number of branches from inception in his career and rolls up this sleeves to get in the thick of things with his team. Matt is currently undertaking undergraduate studies in Business Management. Away from work Matt plays 'A' Grade AFL, riding motorbikes, shooting native fauna and spending time with his young family.

Bevan Reents
Bevan is AIR's National Service Manager and is located in Townsville. Bevan is AIR's founding employee and his passion and service approach are largely associated to attributable to AIR's success in the market to date. Bevan has responsibility for the technical competence, service methodology and technical processes in AIR and all AIR Service Technicians have a reporting line to Bevan. Bevan provides troubleshooting expertise for breakdowns and is the primary point of escalation for all technical and service issues in AIR. Bevan has over 25 years of experience working in remote and mining locations. Bevan loves boot camp on the beach in Townsville when his aging body allows it!

Phil Morton
Phil is AIR's National Electrical Manager and is located in Brisbane. Phil has 30 years experience working with generator electrical challenges in remote locations. Phil is an industry SME in generator control systems and is highly regarded throughout Australia for his electrical technical expertise. Phil provides electrical expertise to all AIR branches and also consults widely to industrial and mining clients to assist them with generator set up, parallel syncing and implementation of generator control systems. Phil is AIR's token propeller head!

Barry Harris
Barry is the Townsville Business Unit Manager. Barry joined AIR as a yardy during the inception of the Townsville branch. Prior to joining AIR Barry had a number of years experience with other companies in the industrial rental marketplace. Since that time Barry has shown commitment, passion and integrity that very rapidly saw him develop into a Rental Coordinator and most recently into the Business Unit Manager in Townsville. Barry works tirelessly with the Townsville team to provide our customers with the six star service that they have become accustomed to in their dealings with AIR. Barry has recently become a dad for the first time to a beautiful baby girl and can be found on the weekends doing gigs at pubs and weddings in Townsville with his band Twisted Sisters.

Jamie Murphy
Jamie has recently joined AIR in Adelaide as the Business Unit Manager. Jamie's experience prior to joining AIR was in a branch management role with one of the `big boys' in the industrial rental industry. His big end of town experience brings a new perspective to the Adelaide business and will assist AIR to continue to grow rapidly in that market. Jamie is an avid fisherman and the father of young twins.

Peter Hay
Peter is AIR's team leader in the Mackay and Bowen Basin. Peter has over 30 years' experience in the mining, resources and industrial specialist rental business. Peter started his career as a diesel fitter so he has good technical working knowledge of the AIR product range. Peter also has extensive experience in sale and hire roles with companies such as Emeco and Coates Hire. Peter has a strong commitment to customer service and relishes the growth of the AIR business in his region.
